We are replacing all five, simultaneously, with infrastructure that makes harassment structurally impossible to sustain.
What we're building
Every element of the current system that fails survivors has a structural replacement. Here's the exchange we're making.
Where this goes
Every institution that concentrates power and obscures accountability has the same design flaw. We are starting where the data is strongest and the need is immediate.
Now · Phase 1
Workplaces and higher education
We are starting in Australia, where the data is strongest and the regulatory environment is ready. Free platform. Legal literacy, documentation tools, verified guidance, and a survivor community. Grant-funded. No equity sought. International expansion is built into the architecture from day one.
Phase 2
All institutions
Schools, sports organisations, the military. The same infrastructure, adapted for each environment's specific power dynamics and legal frameworks.
The horizon
Digital spaces
As AI expands virtual social surfaces exponentially, the abuse surface expands with it. The same accountability logic applied to platforms: not years in court, but swift, certain consequences.
How we're structured
The structure of this organisation is not incidental — it is the argument. A company that profits from harassment staying hidden cannot fix harassment. We are building a new type of entity: one that generates enviable revenue and directs it entirely toward common good. Community-owned. Publicly accountable. Designed to be impossible to corrupt.
Not-for-profit structure
No equity. No investor return. No mission drift.
Community and public co-ownership
The people it serves have governance rights.
Revenue to common good
Surplus funds public services, legal aid, advocacy.
Structurally incorruptible
No single actor, including the founder, can redirect the mission.
If your work touches research, law, technology, policy, community building, behaviour change, or gender equity, there is a specific place where you change the outcome. Tell us what you're working on. Let's find it.
